Formidable experience at Castellaro

We spent 3 wonderful days with a group of friends wonderful location and great food.
We also had an experience of picking olives and explaining to the mill how you get the oil that we then bought because great. Experience that I recommend to everyone. Thank you Castellaro.

Green gold and hospitality: the magic of Castellaro

Among ancient olive trees and rolling hills of Umbria, Castellaro welcomed us with its timeless charm.
An elegant and authentic villa, where every detail tells of love and harmony with nature.
The beating heart of this experience was the oil mill: Olioevo333, a magical place, where the oil comes to life between intense scents and ancient gestures.
Tasting it is like tasting the essence of Umbria — pure, sincere, unforgettable.
A stay that smells of peace, beauty and authenticity.

Silence and relaxation

A true oasis of relaxation in the middle of nature but a stone's throw from the city. The staff is very helpful and always does their best to satisfy the customer. The pool is pleasant and the apartments are pleasant. We stayed two days and really relaxed. Ideal to disconnect from the routine and enjoy the silence of the Umbrian hills.

When you find what you hope

Sometimes we think that in a nice place necessarily the.service can live up to the place.
My wife and I never take it for granted, even if we hope so.
The director Marco and his staff have completely met our expectations in terms of attention, care, welcoming ability, kindness, discretion and professionalism.
The structure, with its 90 hectares of landscaped splendor, is cared for in detail , the rooms are cozy and with a wonderful view, the pool is a corner of paradise considering even the temperatures of early July.
You can dine in the structure that offers a limited but good quality menu at very honest prices.
The most important places to visit are within easy reach, Perugia is half an hour away by car.
In short, everything is fine, I do not know when we will return but I really think that we will do it and also pass word to our friends who want to spend a few days relaxing in the wonderful and always surprising Umbria.

Beautiful, Secluded Hilltop Estate with Great View

Beautiful, secluded hilltop estate with great view and beautiful grounds. Nice pool. Hosts were warm and inviting and dinner of regional cuisine was good. Rooms are large and relatively sparse with minimal amenities, and beware there is no A/C. Breakfast was simple. They produce award winning olive oil available for purchase.
