A Little Gem!
We did, however, see a couple of signs for Casa Carla.
We don't usually try B&Bs, but were so glad that we did on this occasion. Casa Carla is truly a little gem.
Carla is a lovely lady, and a great cook, who offers guests her own cakes and jam along with other delicious local produce for breakfast.
The house is beautiful. Our room was large and comfortable with amazing views. We did have to share the bathroom facilities with another room but this caused us no problems.
Our Italian is very very basic and Carla only speaks a little English but we were able to communicate perfectly well in French.
Carla also helped us by booking a restaurant table for our evening meal in Pinerolo, where they offered us a discount because of her introduction.
All this at a very good price. Great value for money.

And a house with the owner (who lives there), offers a room with a shared bathroom, and the services are terrible.

What a place
It served us for 6 nights as a base for our tours in Piemonte and the mountains .
Sra Carla is a wonderful host with great advice where you can visit or dine in the city or the area.
Our room was very comfortable, very clean and very nice arranged with local decorations.
The view from it to the mountains, amazing. As it is to seat at their beautiful yard and enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine enjoying the great view.
Breakfast is excellent. Bread, assorted cheeses and butter from local farms. Homemade jams and cake by Carla.
Wonderful place and a wonderful host!!!
