Charming spot in Porto San Paolo

A beautiful complex with an ideal flat not far from the centre of Porto San Paolo.
Maria Assunta provided us with tips and information about restaurants, bars and beaches and was always there for us.
The only pity is that we are already moving on after two nights.
Thank you very much for the wonderful stay!

Extremely relaxing and beautifully landscaped apartment complex with very friendly staff

20 minutes drive from Olbia airport and you are in a great apartment building in Porto San Paolo. We had a large apartment on two levels. Downstairs a large lounge with sitting area and large dining table. The kitchen is integrated, everything there from fridge to coffee maker, waffle iron, microwave to almost all dishes and accessories you need. Also a really large balcony, with a large table and clothes rack. Perfect and quiet view of parts of the house and the surrounding area - fantastic. Upstairs two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with generous shower, toilet and sink. A wall niche with a safe. Downstairs there is also a toilet with sink and bidet. We were warmly welcomed by Maria, she had even put us a not so small welcome gift in the apartment. She speaks excellent English, so there were no communication problems. Afterwards we were guided through the complex and the apartment by Gonario, a very nice young gentleman, also in English, including detailed explanations and hints. Everything is very professional and yet you have the feeling of being approached purely personally, it couldn't be better. For all questions, inquiries and recommendations Maria always has an open ear, either in the office or she responds very quickly to WhatsUp messages. This is also an excellent Service that we have never known before. We felt that no matter what happened, there would be an answer for everything, even if you could not speak Italian. It was an extremely relaxing and relaxing 10 days, we will definitely come back next year. The place offers all kinds of shopping, the Spar, right around two corners, has excellent food and also almost everything else. Parking for a car is practically always available, even directly in front of the complex. To the beach of the place you can walk, all other beaches are very quickly accessible by car.

An experience that I highly recommend toall.

From Tuscany we return to Sardinia after a few years and we find ourselves welcomed in a beautiful well-organized and well-run structure. Maria Assunta flagship for ability and courtesy. Highly recommended.

Apartment well furnished and clean.
In a quiet location with a beautiful well-kept garden. You wake up in the morning to birdsong.
At reception Maria Assunta kind and professional by 10 and praise.
We really enjoyed the bottle of Vermentino and the fresh water in the fridge offered.
Another important thing for us is to know that they do not accept animals and children under 3 years: basically absolute silence! Semore... day and night despite the residence was full!... metaviglioso!
