Restaurant- excellent food and service

We dined here at Le Vigne restaurant for family Sunday lunch yesterday, and what incredibly welcoming service we received in a wonderful quiet and beautiful setting in front of the vineyard. Dannielle you made us feel so welcome and you went above and beyond to make us feel relaxed. Your English is very good and you were so lovely with our kids too. I am coeliac and the gluten free options were plentiful and you kindly explained the various options.
Delicious meal- highly recommend the cabbage antipasti (incredible flavours) and the wild boar stew with polenta! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and thank you Danielle and team again for your hospitality.

Pleasant setting

The b and b is difficult to find, the road not very coachable, the site is nice, in the vineyards, The room is not bright, without TV, without coffee tray, the whifi is mediocre, the breakfast is very correct,Total too expensive and disappointing,

Restaurant was mediocre

Ok we are spoiled with all the amazing food here in Tuscany. So when it’s “only that” it’s immediately a bit disappointing. We only had antipasti, but the portions were so big we didn’t want to order anything more. The waiter didn’t speak a word of English. The table wine was even less good than usual. It’s a pity because you could really tell they were trying.

A Lucky Find

Don't be put off by the single dirt track to access this hotel, it is a real gem, set in lovely peaceful surroundings! The whole hotel is extremely clean and well kept, and the host is very friendly and generous. We were shown to our room by friendly staff, and were blown over by the views when we opened the shutters to our window! Breakfast was fine, and the restaurant excellent. Contrary to other reviews here, the pool was very clean and a lovely place to to retire to after a days exploring.
