NCS...

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days booked through Zen; fortunately, it was only 3 days, otherwise we would have left. The reception was terrible; I asked if they had a beach discount and they told me no, it was 30 euros a day, and that the prices were set by the lifeguard. The next day, he gave a 30% discount ticket to a lady. The room was noisy, right in front of the elevator, even though I had informed them that my husband was ill with cancer and needed peace, but they did not care. They had several rooms available but gave us the worst one, a room with a private bathroom but without a bidet and very small. There were many ants crawling on the floor, indicating poor cleanliness. The food was horrible; they passed off boiled meat as roast, it was disgusting. The staff does not speak Italian; to get my room, I had to say I was leaving. Overall, a terrible experience; I do not recommend it, there are better options in Rimini.

Look elsewhere

We had booked in another structure, but at the last moment (Easter Sunday) the owner changed our hotel for their mishap.
In the next room there were 4 underage children, then turned into a dozen, coming and going continuously slamming doors, shouting, swearing and "burps" until midnight,
I understand the enthusiasm of the kids, but not the absence of control by the adults who accompanied them, nor the structure x guarantee silence to other customers.
Our room was spartan, small and very noisy (bathroom without bidet and patched bedspread). Simple breakfast, nothing exceptional.
Negative experience, not recommended for those who want tranquility, especially families. Look elsewhere, Romagna is much more.
