CLEANLINESS AND LOCATION 7 stars!!!
Very pleasant Roman stay thanks to Mrs Francesca, helpful manager.
The strong point, in my opinion, is the cleanliness of the rooms and the family management which makes the structure even more welcoming. We had a considerable delay and we were given the opportunity to check in at an inhuman time. FUNDAMENTAL: the B&b is attached to the subway A: You basically just have to cross the street!!!
We highly recommend it!

Disappointment!
I chose this solution to stay around the area concerned but since the prices do not respond at all to what I received, I would have preferred to stay at least in a more central area at the same price, considering the Roman offer! An example is the “minimal” bathroom with washbasin that compare it in size to Barbie’s is exaggerated, impossible even to wash hands well, let alone face, evidently it is the least equipped room compared to the photos displayed. The breakfast available for two people for three days with two nights was in total for the whole stay, without reinstatement: two bagged discount croissants, as well as a tart, two juices, three chocolates and a package of two rusks with two mini jams, only the coffee capsules (in total four), were acceptable.

Siamo alquanto dispiaciuti che il soggiorno non sia stato di suo gradimento, ma forse descrivere il lavabo del bagno a quello di barbie ci sembra un tantino esagerato. L offerta proposta corrisponde a ciò che noi pubblichiamo tramite foto , pertanto non siamo responsabili se quando ha prenotato non ha verificato che il bagno poteva essere un disagio per lei e per suo figlio!
Proprio perché siamo abituati alla trasparenza troverà ovunque le foto del bagno e della camera.
In merito alla colazione, le comunico che da normativa regionale possiamo offrire solo cibo confezionato, e le posso garantire che la qualità che scegliamo non è da discount come da lei indicato. La colazione è composta da cornetti, biscotti, fette biscottate, marmellate, cioccolata ,succhi di frutta e caffè, Se poi lei desiderava un buffet di dolci e salati, magari la prossima volta le consiglio di prenotare un hotel 4 stelle e non un b&b.
Infine, come già evidenziato, se ci avesse comunicato il suo disagio durante la permanenza saremmo intervenuti fornendo una soluzione alternativa, ma ci rendiamo conto che a volte si preferisce fare "i leoni da tastiera" anziché chiedere una soluzione al problema OVE FOSSE REALE!

Truly frustrating, truly irresponsible behavior, they should have saved their number and let us know
He cheated us the night before, I am a 15 year old girl and I come from Calabria, I had an important medical visit, and due to an emergency my mother and I had to make do and instead of paying 200 we pay 500

Come anticipato a sua madre a causa di un guasto improvviso non è stato possibile ospitarvi, ma tengo a precisare che in meno di 20 minuti le è stata fornita un alternativa a pochi passi dalla nostra struttura.
Se sua madre anziché chiudere il telefono avesse risposto alle nostre chiamate avremmo anche discusso della parte economica.
Inoltre la invito a scrivere informazioni veritiere poiché il prezzo della struttura alternativa non era stato concordato ad € 500 come da lei indicato.

Wonderful place
The room was very nice and new. There was a kitchen in a common area where you could make tea or just fix something simple to eat.
Location is fine - a lot of cafes and supermarkets nearby. 5-minute walk to subway station. 10-minute ride by metro to the sightseeing center of the city

Comodo e funzionale
Insieme ad una collega abbiamo soggiornato in questo b&b in occasione di un workshop a Roma.
Il posto è molto carino, le proprietarie gentilissime offrono una accoglienza calorosa e sono reperibili sempre. Io avevo la stanza verde, molto spaziosa e comoda dotata di letto matrimoniale e di un lettino, scrivania, armadio e bagno privato (questo un pò piccolo ma comunque funzionale).
Vicinissimo alla metro A e quindi comodo per gli spostamenti.
Nel prezzo è compresa la colazione al bar vicino.
