Very good

Like all Best Westerns, 24-hour concierge, which is no small thing. The room had a spectacular king-size bed, clean and comfortable, while the single bed could be improved.
Spacious, well-furnished room with a balcony and a huge TV.
The bathroom, unfortunately, was truly meager; clean, yes, but without a window or ventilation, and the shower stall only partially closes with a curtain that we did not use because it carries fungi if it is not well cleaned.
The staff was kind and helpful, with a small exception for a guy at the reception who seemed annoyed, but overall everyone was good.
Excellent location and well-connected to Termini station by bus 310 or by taxi at a cost of € 10.
Breakfast not tried; there was no need since there was a very good pastry shop and café nearby.

Perfect

We stayed for only one night, unfortunately, we had already been there and we will definitely return, we were welcomed by Erika and Luca, the room was large, comfortable, and clean. Thank you for your availability

Basic, clean, comfortable

The hotel was clean and comfortable. There is a bus (310) opposite that take you to the station and we got tickets for the hop on hop off bus. The area is a student area but not very busy with a couple of cafes. It was a quiet hotel dispute being near to a hospital. We checked in late as our flight was delayed so it was about midnight. Staff weren’t chatty and to the point. Not much was explained I.e where breakfast was etc and we just found this ourselves in the morning. There is no bar to get a drink but there is one outside on the right as you come down the steps. Nice cocktails! We ate at the roof top restaurant - the food was good but not a lot of choice. The air con wasn’t great and it was so hot when we stayed so could have done with a better AC. Didn’t really see any staff and when we checked out it was agin to the point and not particularly friendly.
I would recommend as a base for visiting Rome.

Okay hotel

It's good! Many choices at breakfast. The rooftop restaurant of the hotel needs to be validated. There are often receptions and events (4 to 7), and hotel guests are not prioritized! They still shared their second recommendation for another restaurant, excellent food but it is expensive and far... it is less pleasant when you are tired. Otherwise, generally good. Thank you.

Good hotel, recommended.

We spent 3 nights and were satisfied.
The room was spacious and clean, equipped with a large central television; the only thing we would have appreciated more is if the bathroom had a shower instead of a bathtub.
We did not try the breakfast or dinner.
The staff was kind and helpful.
The location is convenient to the bus stop for going to the Roma Termini station.
I had no difficulty parking the car on the nearby streets.
There is also an excellent pastry bar in the area.
I recommend the hotel for those visiting Rome.
