Top accommodation , central yet very quiet . Very clean - great hosts !!

Central yet hidden . Thanks to Francesca's description you can find it immediately . Great hosts !! You can always access coffee and tea, the rooms are cleaned daily.
Most impressively, Ma can escape the hustle and bustle of Rome right away. This morning we were in the Vatican , at noon with a delicious sandwich on the terrace.
Very clean , very welcoming, highly recommended!! So we would love to come back!!

Like at home a stone's throw from the Vatican

It is a small B&B (only 3 rooms) managed by Francesca and Vittoria.
The rooms are new, spotless, tastefully decorated, bathrooms with rain shower and bidet. In the common area there is a kitchenette with everything you need, and tables for eating. There are cookies, snacks, biscuits, coffee, tea, juices, ..., and you can bring and cook or heat your own food.
There is also a washing machine available for guests, and a drying rack for drying clothes.
The area is perfect, a few hundred meters from St. Peter's Square, but in an inner courtyard of a quiet side street.
It is 700 m from the metro (it takes about ten minutes to arrive with luggage at Ottaviano station), and is close enough to the center to allow you to get around the city on foot. Piazza Navona is about ten minutes away, the Colosseum half an hour at a brisk pace.
In the area there are many restaurants and bars of excellent quality, with prices not low but not exaggerated either.
Francesca and Vittoria can advise you on this and how to organize the tours of the day.

Sleepless night

On February 5th I stayed overnight at this facility. Every time it rains the puddles on the sidewalk drain into the window. This has probably caused the presence of mold in the walls over time - to which I am allergic. I spent a sleepless night.
The structure is in fact located in a basement with windows directly overlooking the street level, this is not specified in the booking advert or on their website. Although the facility has acknowledged this information gap and the possibility that mold has formed; to date the description of the advertisement is still not updated.
I immediately reported what happened, they acknowledged the problem without, however, offering any refund for the inefficiency right from the start.
Only subsequently, upon my express request, did we take action to provide a refund which I considered inappropriate (just €12). When I complained about booking, they definitively refused any refund, without providing any reason and despite numerous reminders to the manager from booking customer support.
The idea of not having staff and managing everything automatically, relying only on a booking service is excellent, but it cannot become a way to lack attention to the customer, as unfortunately occurred in this case on the part of of the property

Comfortable and strategic structure

Staying in this B&B is like staying in your own home. The availability, kindness, attention to detail make the stay extremely pleasant. Francesca and Vittoria recommended many places outside the tourist circle and allowed us to discover the atmosphere experienced by those who regularly live in Rome. The strategic position, the connections from the airport to the Vatican area and then from Piazza del Risorgimento to the rest of the city make the structure usable and very central. We will certainly be happy to stay at this B&B again in the future!

Hit and run in the city, eternal

Truly an intimate and secluded place, in an excellent position, a quarter of an hour from the center. Very close to the Vatican. Spotlessly clean and welcoming rooms, ours also have a private terrace, fridge and kettle. Common area where you can use the microwave and everything you need for breakfast for free. Highly recommended.
