The staff was great and helpful, room was nice and clean. The room service excellent, daily cleaning and the location was super. Close to everything and the transportation service excellent. From the Ubers to the train and bus service. Great.

Excellent location

Excellent location, 2 minutes walk from the Vatican and 10 minutes from the metro, line A. The room was large and clean and the AC worked perfectly.
Due to the time of our arrival, check-in was done remotely and went very well.
Tommy is very attentive and available. The elevator of the building is extraordinary.
Good accommodation in Rome.
The building has old sewers, which causes there to be noises of water. Breakfast is served in a nearby restaurant and has 3 menus. I would recommend another type of breakfast Service in order to provide a greater variety of food to guests.

Could be better

It is in an old building which is normal in Rome, it is well located, the basic rooms, the truth the bed is not comfortable does not sleep very well and you hear noise from the street because it is very busy. Since the building is a normal one of apartments breakfast is not there, I know in a bar that is on the corner of that same block and is very meh, but overall it was OK

Rip off. Dorm room on a building site

Pillows (one each) hard and flat. Mattress old and probably the end of its life. Air con not working properly (18degree set but 26deg in reality) toilet leaking so sound.
Then woken up to a build site directly above us. So 8am heavy duty drilling.
I’m hot. My back hurts from this bed. We want to cancel and are waiting for the place to refund us.
It’s not an apartment - it’s a dorm room. The breakfast only includes ham sandwich, pancakes or scrambled egg FYI. No catering for vegans.
For the price it’s a rip off.
