The staff were very friendly, and the location was excellent — within walking distance of all the major attractions in Rome as well as the metro, which made getting around the city very easy. The rooms could definitely use an upgrade, but the bed was comfortable and everything was clean.

Great property for the price! Close to the subway. Lots of food options around. 20 mins walk to the Vatican. Would stay again!

Good location/comfort low rooms

The hotel is well located but needs improvement works.
The rooms have so old mattresses, our made holes and was not comfortable. The cleaning also left to be desired, the mattress had scratches, comes out all bitten. Bathroom smelled like strong sewage, air conditioning didn't work and I asked several times to arrange it. The shower did not always have hot water, failed several times.

To be avoided

We were guests of this hotel located in the central area of Rome. Staff very helpful, kind. We regret to inform the property that the condition of the rooms is unacceptable worn doors, peeling, fixtures eroded by moisture and partially destroyed. It is undignified to leave a facility like this in such condition

They cleaning the room everyday staff is nice for the price is perfect everything is walking distance 👌
