Servizio conforme a quanto pubblicizzato e luoghi corrispondenti alle immagini pubblicate. Personale sempre disponibile e cordiale. Pulizia ineccepibile. Strategico per la posizione centralissima ed ottimamente collegata, con metropolitana ed altri mezzi pubblici.

I think the host didn't like us 3 brown people!
I booked this place in Rome since it has a kitchen and rooms in the pictures seem nice and the reviews were great. Unfortunately, our experience was terrible. I’m surprised by all these reviews. My husband (European) booked the place for us. The host was probably so unhappy to see 3 brown people entering this place. He questioned me, why I am appearing instead of the man in the profile picture. I claimed that the man in the picture is my husband and he booked the location for myself. (as you know, married couples are always having one airbnb account, one booking.com account, one netflix account etc). His doings and accusations were weird. We used the kitchen 2 nights to prepare our dinner and he accused us in written (he messaged my personal phone) that the sink is blocked and he cannot suffer cause of the damages. I was surprised cause the sink was completely fine. I also got scared. I told him that it cannot be and then he replied saying, we probably must be used to other habits, but he only requests not to block sinks (what does he even mean by that?). According to what i understand, he literally said we are not mannered? i mean is he meaning that we don't even know the consequences of blocking a sink? What is he even thinking? And then i told him clearly not to accuse me. He had many faults, but we didn’t complain, cause in generally we aren’t complaining people.
He initially gave us a room and we stayed one night in that room. We took a shower and the problem was we couldn’t shower for 2 mins, the shower is getting filled by water and when we were given the second room on the next day, when we took a shower, again in the second room bathroom it was the same. We kind of felt that may be he has purposely blocked the showers, so the guests don’t shower longer. Also he moved the towels we used in the first room to our second room and we got no fresh towels. We used the same towels for 4 days. He also took the hair dyer out of the room. There wasn’t a dustbin in the room at least to throw some fallen hair. There was a tiny tiny dustbin in the bathroom, which we used to show even plastic water bottles that we used.
He has mini fridges in all rooms, but those couldn’t be switched on at all. The TV did not work. In fact they are only accessories. The location was great i must say, so we had to bear all other things. In fact, when we even entered the kitchen, we were so afraid that he would break something and accuse us for that. That unsure we were about him. There wasn’t an iron and soap as well.
Kitchen utilities are very bad!!!!!! He has something particular to call it a kitchen and the pictures of the kitchen is nothing what you see in real. It is sad we experienced such a bad stay.

unfortunately you are only bad and false people. all other judgments speak clearly. Nothing that you wrote is true. Discriminate my image to try to keep at least a little dignity. Shame on you.

Buon b&b ,pulito ,con bagno in camera,personale simpatico e accogliente, ci ha consigliato una buona trattoria nelle vicinanze . Posto strategico a metà' strada tra il veti anno e piazza del popolo lo consiglio.

Prima visita a Roma
Struttura pulita, ben organizzata e in ottima posizione strategica (10 minuti da piazza del Vaticano). Il proprietario un ragazzo giovane, cordiale e simpatico. Da buoni suggerimenti anche su posti dove si può mangiare bene a prezzi modici.
