Great property-great location

With the family we stayed in this B&B at Easter. Mrs. Elena owner of the B & B welcomed us with great availability, kindness and professionalism. Our room was well structured and furnished, Wi-Fi, mini bar, coffee machine with pods included. The en suite bathroom with towels, hairdryer and hygiene products. Very clean and bright room. In the common area , a small oven, a common fridge filled with milk and juices and all the essentials to heat milk or prepare a tea or herbal tea. Every day, in the early morning a hearty and good breakfast was provided. Daily cleaning of the room and change of towels. The B&B is located very close to Termini station, great location to reach any point of Rome. Next to the B & B restaurants, pizzerias, mini market, everything you need at your fingertips. Very satisfied recommend it.

Great accommodation

We were greeted by a young owner who left us the room which was very comfortable .. fridge attached, super air conditioner, clean room .. always available. I am very close to Termini station and close to the stops leading to the center of Rome

Overnight accommodation

A clean basic room. Clean nice bathroom. Near station. 4 floors up with a slightly temperamental lift. Breakfast is a gesture but not appetising. A lot of young people in the area. Lots of restaurants around and about most of which were reasonably priced. If you just want a clean bed and bathroom this is ok.

Excellent b&b

Superb staff with friendly welcoming as if we were family. Trendy, well decorated and clean rooms. Excellent location (main terminal station 5-10min walk) and if you were too tired to go anywhere there are bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Elena was a perfect host and a lovely manner. Would definitely recommend

Soggiorno impeccabile

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare sia presso il B&B “Room of arts” e sia presso il B&B “caffè e cuscino” che sono entrambi gestiti in maniera impeccabile da Elena la proprietaria. Entrambi i B&B si trovano a pochi passi dalla stazione di Termini.
Pulizia ottima e comfort eccezionale, camere molto silenziose, ottima anche la colazione.
Voglio infine sottolineare la disponibilità, la professionalità, la gentilezza e la simpatia di Elena, sempre sorridente.
Quando tornerò a Roma i B&B di Elena saranno sicuramente la mia prima scelta !
