Great experience and lovely hotel !!!

Such a great little hotel. 5 min walk from Rebibbia metro, then 20 min ride to get to Colosseo (centre). There is a big Lidl 10 min walk away and a great handful of smaller shops nearby (Pizza, suppli, gelato ect). Such a beautiful, quiet atmosphere with lots of space outside to chill in the sun. The balcony has 2 sun loungers and a mini sofa as well as tables and chairs. Such a lovely spot to enjoy some drinks in the sun from the hotels bar. Reception staff were incredible and extremely attentive. The choice of the drinks at the bar was vast, and cocktails were very well made, with attention to detail. Rooms were clean and kept tidy by staff daily, towels folded, bins emptied and beds made ect. Air conditioning is great and adjustable via remote. I was at first cautious of the window situation as the downstairs rooms have no obvious windows. But the doors have a ‘two way mirror’ like window (can see the outside but the outside can’t see in) which also has a blind to close for extra privacy. We didn’t try breakfast as we went out each morning so can’t comment on that. The bathroom was simple and clean, the shower having very good water pressure with hot/ cold water as well as body wash /shampoo being provided. We used the fridge which we had no issues with. Overall, as a young couple we are extremely happy with our visit and would recommend to anyone.

Excellent experience

We stayed at this hotel and had a really great time! The room was comfortable, clean, welcoming, and furnished in a modern way. A big compliment also to all the staff, always super helpful, kind, and attentive to the guests' needs. Free, video-monitored parking. The subway stop is 300 meters away. We also had dinner at the hotel and were very satisfied: really good dinner and excellent value for money. A definitely positive experience, which we feel like recommending!

Visit to Rome

Wonderful stay in Rome! Friendly and helpful staff. Nice and clean rooms with very good airconditioning. Nice breakfast with everything you need. Approximately 7/8 minute walk to metro that takes you right down to the city center.
The hotel is also home to two beautiful and lovely cats‍⬛

Not good customer service

Location good next to train station. Room was okay, you get what you pay for. I believe the aircon to be not clean as I had gotten sick the 3rd day in, but then again I could be wrong but we had it on most of the time so it could be this.
Not the best customer service - asked the man at the reception the first day to have a look at the blind in our room (I did not want the possibility of being billed for this damage so we thought to report it ASAP, but also there was a gap so anyone walking past could see inside) he said he would have a look at it. He did not ask for our room number, he was laughing and chatting to a colleague, and nobody ever showed to 'have a look at it'. So the first impression was not great.
The breakfast was okay, bare minimum just make sure to get stuff early on otherwise it will be stale as it is not circulated. Don't think we would come back personally

Convenient location and new property.

Great hotel, in a green area, with private parking, and very kind and helpful staff. I will definitely keep it in mind for the next trip.
