Clean hotel, located in a quiet area and easy to reach. The two receptionists (the evening shift and the morning shift) as well as the lady in charge of breakfast were all kind, friendly, and helpful.

If you don't respect your customers then ... change management

I stayed at this property as an escort for a school trip. I wouldn't even recommend it to my worst enemy. The breakfast absolutely insufficient and without a minimum of variations, biscuits in containers where to find a whole one is hard, not even a yogurt. The coffee served for breakfast is not coffee and if you ask for an espresso you have to pay for it. Absolutely inadequate lunch, they serve a bad catering company. No good vomiting. The Director also, very wise and rude, does not even ascertain if their subordinates do their job and in fact the evening back after a tiring day I found the room not redone. The staff at the reception instead friendly and helpful. Very Negative Experience

A-list and B-list guests

I stayed at this hotel for three days on a school trip, overall the rooms were clean and tidy, however the quality of the food was bad and the dishes served were clearly out of the supermarket; we were also served in a separate lounge from other customers with a canteen-style food warmer.
Breakfast presented a narrow choice for students, while for "A-list" customers breakfast was better in quality and quantity.
Considering that dreams guest paid the same fee the treatment was unfair.

We stayed for one night in this hotel; synthetically, it seemed to us of a better quality than the 3 stars it brings. If it happens again, we’ll be back
