These apartments are in an amazing, beautiful area with awesome scenery surrounding it. The woman who runs the facility is very knowledgeable and kind and helpful. She loves her job and is an expert at her duties and the business is lucky to have her taking care of the units. My favorite part was walking each night about an eighth of a mile to a wonderful restaurant for dinner, the only close place nearby. :-) And, it's close to public transportation which I was relying on

Good but not perfect
We stayed here for 7 nights. This is an apparthotel. Rooms have small kitchens. There is a refrigator in the kitchen, but no freezer. They have a shared freezer in groundfloor. Professional, kind and helpful staff but not always available at the reception desk. If you need something you must call them by phone.
On our first morning we ordered breakfast and we were the only guests in the breakfast room (breakfast seems to be expensive). Breakfast for a hotel declared as 4 star hotel should be better.
Heating in the apartment is regulated at 22 C. When this temperature is reached the heating is automatically turned off. This is not good in case you have to dry some wet clothes or gloves. In moments it was cold.
Hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the city centre and about 10 minutes by car from the cable car to Kronplatz. Skibus station is close to the hotel (15 meters)
We got free wifi accounts (4 accounts per room) - thanks, but usually you must pay a daily fee.
Several free parking places for cars around the hotel. They have also a garage but you must pay for it.
They have a huge playground for kids in front of the hotel with several animals. It is also nice to play there during the winter time if it is under snow. Free table tenis, sauna and jacuzzi inside.
Rooms are very clean.
This is a fair place but far away from a perfect place. Some things should be improved.

Wonder hotel with a wonderful staff. You can't go wrong here.
This place is awesome all the way around! Great layout, everything is convenient and accessible. They even have an elevator. Some of the amenities we enjoyed were the Stube, the ski room. The bus stop is so close you can throw your skis over there.
If you have kids this is even better. They have a play room that will keep even the most active kids entertained. I am surprised they don't actually put a picture on their website. We didn't eat there but the breakfast looked great and you can have fresh bread every morning for your room. The bathrooms have heated tile floors and the rooms are very comfortable. They also have a laundry room even though we didn't use it.
Most important of all was how friendly and accommodating the staff was. Virginia was the best and will make sure you are settled in when you arrive.

Chalet Winklwiese
During our stay we were accomodated in the Chalet, which is around 300 m down from the main building, located in the village. So each morning we were walking up and down towards our breakfast. When making booking we were informed that halfboard is possible, however it was not emphasized that dinner is provided in the restaurant 800 m away from the chalet which was a little bit annoying with the small child. However we decided to buy halfboard but were not informed that on Tuesdays this restaurant is closed. We bought vouchers for all evenings and we haven´t received money back, though we were told we would be. Restaurant was very nice, but food was not appropriate for 1 and half year old child, which made our dinners even more complicated..
In general our accommodation was very nice and very good, but issues with halfboard left a bit bitter taste. Knowing this in advance we would decide otherwise.

Very friendly hotel in a lovely village.. Apartments- let them know if you want to cook with the kitchen. Village is quite small but relatively close to train tation and sports ground with open air swimming pool. A car or bike would be very useful.
