Simply perfect!!

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Villa Mabapa .We were told it was one of the best rooms .It truly felt like stepping back in time in the most beautiful way. The room had its own private terrace where we enjoyed breathtaking sunset views over the lagoon. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and waking up to the amazing lagoon view was unforgettable.
Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious choices to suit every taste.
The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, especially Martina and Jessica, who arranged a complimentary private water taxi to the Murano glass showroom for us. Their thoughtful gesture made our stay even more memorable.
Thank you for making our wedding anniversary celebration extra special. We will always cherish the wonderful memories from our stay.

Very clean, comfortable and beautifully designed hotel. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. We were not told at check-in that dinner reservations would be needed for dinner that night due to a large party, but the staff called another restaurant for us. When they were also booked, he recommended a wonderful pizzeria frequented by locals a short walk away, which ended up being a favorite experience of our trip. We were also not told that reservations were needed in advance for the beach club - they only have 4 set ups for the hotel, not enough for all guests. Thankfully, we were able to get the last 2 for our party of 4. We adored the outdoor bar area with gorgeous views of the lagoon and lots of shade and flowers. The bar was not always manned, so we had to wait several minutes for service, but once arrived, they were friendly and the drinks were delicious and refreshing. The breakfast spread was fresh and delicious with numerous choices. We ate dinner our second night at the hotel and the food was very good! The pool was clean and refreshing. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel in a beautiful quiet location but bus stop close by so easy to get around. Hotel was very pretty, staff helpful, breakfast excellent.
Pool was nice but no drinks options unless you went to reception and then you had to drink it away from pool (even though other guests weren’t asked to do this!) hotel is close to small airport and small planes fly over from 9am to 5pm every day.
Bed room was nice but bathroom and shower very small and no tea or coffee making facilities, everything extra you had to pay for.

A great hotel with really friendly staff

As a family we had a great stay at Hotel Villa Mabapa. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, the hotel itself was clean, quiet, and in an ideal location for exploring Venice while still being away from the crowds.
Our room was spacious with very comfortable beds, a huge bathroom with toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities supplied which made for a really relaxing stay.
The only minor downside was the breakfast. The service was a little slow when items ran out, the selection was a slightly limited, and some items unfortunately did not seem very fresh.
Overall though, we enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, location and excellent staff.
