Beautiful experience we will be back even in winter ..
Cozy, elegant structure a few steps from the Rialto bridge, San Marco restaurants, pizzerias and pubs all within walking distance.Vicinisse also the pharmacy and supermarkets.For a romantic and relaxing weekend, you can not find better ..consigliatissimo.

Very bad
Structure not as we expected!
As soon as I entered the room a strong smell of damp and dust and I was allergic immediately I was sick; calling the reception I was told that it was not possible given the daily cleaning of the room, but of course I felt the dust, also, the room assigned was not the one booked, finally we were told that the change of room could take place the next day with a supplement of 50 €.
The room was scruffy, as much as you like (personal taste) the antique style here is just neglected:
As soon as the door was opened, the wooden skirting board fell behind, the bathroom incommentable, warmedfurniture full of dust and worn, bidet cap and sink not opening because it was broken, limestone-encrusted shower, drain not working and worn door. Moving on to the bedroom, dusty bed headboard, bedside table grip staggering when pulling out almost broke, bedside tables and desk worn (the antique kept well is another story.)
We decided not to change rooms and do a thorough cleaning, needless to say there was no! And we weren't even asked if it was okay or not, zero interest in the customer.
In no facility where we have stayed so far there has been so much disinterest from the owners or employees. Bad bad bad bad bad. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Clienti ignoranti che non sanno cosa prenotano, e sopratutto non sapevano parlare l'italiano non si capiva nulla !
Hai prenotato una superiore e hai mostrato sul telefono una deluxe che ti avremo dato se fosse stata disponibile, pensavi di fare il cambio camera a gratis ?
La struttura rispecchia esattamente le foto che ci sono su Booking se non ti comodava sceglievi un altra struttura ma forse per il prezzo hai scelto questa e hai preteso un servizio 5 stelle che non hai pagato !
Appena entrata ci hai scritto che c era polvere ma poi abbiamo capito quale fosse il reale motivo ! La tipologia di stanza !! Polvere é IMPOSSIBILE che ci sia perché ho ricontrollato personalmente ; ogni volta che arriva un nuovo cliente viene fatta pulizia a fondo ma l ho fatta rifare anche dopo la tua “ segnalazione “, e poi non hai lamentato tutte ste cose non funzionanti quando eravamo presenti perché ovviamente non sono vere !
Ma stai diffamando solo perché non hai avuto quello che PENSAVI di aver prenotato . Segnalata su booking in maniera che altri alberghi sappiano e magari non ti ospitano. Impara a stare al mondo e poi viaggia adios

Onestamente non capiamo il disappunto visto le recensioni positive per quanto riguarda le pulizie, ma fatalità solo gli italiani metteno queste recensioni perchè si credono tutti esperti di tutto!!! Forse non sa dove siamo Ma le ricordiamo che siamo a Venezia.

It is a family managed place, safe and accessible. 2 mins walk to Rialto bridge and Vaporetto stop. Very convenient.

Mediocre overall, great location
It was cheaper than a lot of others around but has its downsides. Easy check in and communications about arrival. The front desk is only available certain hours, arrived by 5 and the keys were left for pickup, it would have been nice to hear some insight. Location is amazing, and if on a budget this is the hotel for you.
Have low expectations for the breakfast of store packaged toast, yogurt, coffee, and crosssant. The staff was available by messaging and showed up for a late night room problem and took care of it. Didn't like they offered to hold luggage the day of checkout for free if we showed proof of an online review. Oddly overheard the receptionist telling other guest to leave a good review because booking.com will notice if you leave lots of bad reviews.
