Idyllic place to stay

Perfect place to stay in Ventotene, close to the village square and within an easy walk to all the main sights. Lovely friendly staff, very accommodating. Great views over the sea to the neighbouring island. We loved our stay! Would recommend.

Only the view is not enough!

The hotel is located in one of the most central streets of Ventotene, has rooms with sea view terrace. The room is really outdated, poorly maintained , very old beds with totally stained headboard , antique bathrooms , shower falling apart , even the unwise cleaning; there is a bad smell all over the room, evidently the sewage system does not work.
Breakfast is not buffet style but it is a bluff! Served on a hot terrace, they bring you a basket with 3 mini frozen croissants and a sandwich to share , there is no savory nor other sweet is really bad, perhaps the worst breakfast ever served in the last 10 years by a hotel .... Total absence of Wi-Fi , it was broken , and on an island where the Internet line is an option is not welcome ... Generally the whole structure is old and not maintained , absolutely bad value for money 280 per night for what ? Finally at 10.30 (on a rainy Monday with the structure half empty), we were kicked out of the room, chapeau!
Only the view on the terrace is saved, the rest was all absolutely negative ...

Enchanted place

I stayed with my husband for his congress in this wonderful hotel
I was in room 11 and it felt like I was on a boat
Breathtaking view
Exquisite owners, very kind who have pampered us in every possible way
Perhaps the only flaw to improve the breakfast a bit ‘poor (two croissants, a sandwich , a pack of rusks with jams) juice and hot drink
Perhaps the tourist would like to choose from a buffet what to take

I can say that in this hotel there is everything you need, namely the kindness and helpfulness of the staff and the sea off the balcony of the room!
In my opinion falling asleep in the company of the waves of the sea that are right there under the balcony of the room is worth the compensation of a holiday.
Basically everything else becomes superfluous, everything else is a useless blah blah blah.
Clean rooms and hearty breakfast.
I congratulate all the staff.

A jewel

Let's start from the location: very central, but quiet. Above the beach of cala nave, is a terrace overlooking the sea, breathtaking view of the sea that changes color depending on the time.
The rooms are spacious and clean, with these beautiful sea terraces. Hearty breakfast, with fresh sweet fruit.
Staff very kind and attentive to needs, always smiling and helpful.
A real gem to discover!
