Beautiful Swiss style hotel
Beautiful hotel, very comfortable, the room very comfortable, with balcony with a table and two chairs. Very spacious bathroom and great shower.
The staff very friendly and always with a smile to advise us. It is on a hill with a beautiful view and has a small garden with rabbits...
The excellent heated pool, not very large but delicious water.
Very complete, varied and fresh breakfast, delicious coffee.
I'm sure we'll go back to our kids, because it's a beautiful place to vacation.

Just compliments!
Excellent hotel in all respects. Great location, very good service, polite and very well prepared staff, super cozy room, wonderful bed, delicious breakfast. I spent two unforgettable days there. The energy of the hotel is amazing. Of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

Good hotel, just good!!!
Very good hotel, well located in the Alto district of Teresópolis near the main tourist attractions.
Positive points:
- Excellent breakfast with plenty of variety;
- Well-trained staff and quite cordial;
- Comfortable room;
Negative points:
- Restricted access so you are not by car. A chairman or person with difficulty in movement will surely have difficulty accessing the place;
- Depending on the chosen room, the air conditioning only works with the ventilation function. In the cold that it does in Teresópolis, not having hot air available in the room is unacceptable;
- In the three days we stayed, the room was not cleaned or cleaned up;
Still, with restrictions, I recommend the hotel.

Caro Daian, estamos em região serrana, montanhosa, portanto é natural haver ruas com certo aclive, ainda mais no bairro do Alto, onde situado o hotel. Com o devido respeito, cadeirantes, infelizmente, encontram dificuldades de locomoção em qualquer cidade brasileira. Há plena acessibilidade desde o estacionamento à recepção, acomodação para portadores de necessidades especiais, área da piscina, solário, sauna e salão de café da manhã.
Não deve ter colocado o cartão na porta solicitando arrumação e limpeza. Lamentamos que não tivesse acionado a recepção 24h, durante três dias estadia, sobre tal situação, bem como quanto ao aquecimento, pois temos aquecedores de ambiente para os poucos quartos em que o ar-condicionado não tem a função de ar quente. Good hotel and well located.
Comfortable room. Poor staff. Check in nighttime that merged ignorance, evil, malice and access in at least 3 apps.

Sr., chegou ao hotel, SEM RESERVA, às 18h19min, encerrando-se o procedimento de check-in às 18h34min, destacando-se haver outras pessoas sendo recepcionadas antes do senhor. Conforme nossos registros, foi devida e educadamente atendido. As etapas envolvendo o check-in foram: escolha da acomodação, após detalhadamente oferecidas as opções e comodidades dos quartos disponíveis; preenchimento das fichas de hóspedes exigidas por leis estadual e federal; e o consequente pagamento da estadia. Outrossim, ainda perguntou sobre opções de restaurantes e pontos turísticos, tendo-lhe sido muito bem informado a esse respeito. É incompreensível a utilização dos termos empregados quanto ao atendimento, assim como a menção a aplicativos! "Lastimável" é a injusta avaliação do gentil e prestativo atendimento da colaboradora. Ainda bem que tal conduta de sua parte é exceção. Como se verifica nas outras avaliações, nosso atendimento é motivo de amplos elogios. Ressalte-se a importância de haver gravação de todo o atendimento, pois se houvesse somente sua versão dos fatos, a diligente e solícita colaboradora poderia ter sido infundadamente prejudicada.
