If you are looking for the best hotel in Toronto this is it!
Having been to 183 countries I can consider myself an expert on hotels. I cannot sing praises enough for this superb boutique hotel just steps to the best entertainment Toronto has to offer. All the staff are superb from the excellent GM Friedrich Wolf , to the Car valet like Ariel to the cleaning staff of Valerriia.
The hotel is an architectural masterpiece with subtle tasteful tones throughout the designer furnishings.
For those who like a gym, the top floor gym has all the top equipment and is rarely crowded. A new feature is they have complimentary Berry bars post workout.
It is important to note that the hotel is like NEW. Nothing needs to be done.
I have stayed at 15 different hotels in Toronto for business over the years and this is the best!!

A luxury hotel with a slightly disappointing breakfast experience
A beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and high level of comfort. Daily cleaning and turndown. A lovely rooftop terrace. We had a fantastic meal the night we arrived at the in-house restaurant, Punch. Indian fusion dishes exceptional. The only gripe was breakfast- this is a luxury hotel and yet breakfast was not clearly explained. We discovered the breakfast package we had was for one dish, one hot drink and one juice- it felt budget. We usually like a Greek yoghurt, some fruit and toast/eggs but that would have been 2-3 dishes so wasn’t allowed. The food we had was lovely- just felt it didn’t match up to the luxury vibe and pricing….. Julia, team leader at breakfast was lovely! Location was ok for walking to many restaurants and popular sightseeing locations but it is blocked on all sides by other hotels so quite dark.

Beautiful hotel and great location. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I truly enjoyed my stay here and would rebook the next time I travel to Toronto.

Comfortable Stay in Toronto
Check-in was quick and efficient, with professional staff providing a warm welcome.
Our room, located on the 6th floor had everything you could possibly want, along with plenty of thoughtful little extras that were an unexpected treat. The enormous bed was exceptionally comfortable, with high-quality bedding ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a powerful walk-in shower, luxury toiletries, large super-soft towels and a separate toilet.
The only drawback was that both the room and décor were very dark. Despite having a large window, the proximity of a tall office block outside meant there was very little natural daylight.
Breakfast was excellent, with an extensive menu offering plenty of choice. Everything was cooked to order and the quality of the food was superb.
All of the staff were friendly and attentive, although at times we found the service a little too attentive, which made us feel slightly uncomfortable.
The location was reasonably central, although it was a longer walk to the harbourside than we had anticipated.
Overall, the hotel offers first-class amenities and excellent service, but the dark décor and lack of natural light detracted slightly from what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay.
