Staff was nice. Check in time is 3 p.m and we landed at 6 a.m . We were able to drop off luggage, but still had to wander around Paris exhausted until 3. Next time we will book the night before so we can get the room as soon as we get there.

OK hotel but pictures do not accurately reflect the state of the hotel

The hotel pictures do not accurately reflect the state of the hotel, the hotel looks more outdated in reality. Check-in is not straight forward, they ask you to scan a QR code and fill in your details including providing details of your identification. After a tiring journey, the last thing you want to be met with at reception is filling paperwork which the reception staff could complete on your behalf. In addition, to get to your room need to get to the first floor and there is no lift, only stairs. There was no one specifically assigned to help, the receptionist only came to help after seeing me struggle and when I checked out I had to carry the luggage down the stairs myself. There is a small lift to take to you other floors but it is so small can only fit a person at a time.

2.5/5 – Nice location, but the experience stops

The hotel delivers on some of the very basic things: The rooms are clean and the beds are good, which provides a solid starting point for a stay. The location is also a clear plus – metro and buses are literally just outside the door, making it easy to get around Paris.
Unfortunately, it starts to crunch when you look a little closer at the overall experience. Already on arrival it felt a little insecure that our luggage was just placed next to the reception. The staff promised to keep an eye on, but we clearly preferred a safer solution, such as a locked luggage compartment.
Our room was on the 7th floor, and here the elevator became a recurring challenge. It is very small – so small that two people with luggage almost fill it completely. This makes it a little claustrophobic and not exactly nice to share the trip with other guests.
Breakfast is basically fine, but the organization stops. When there are many guests, the staff cannot follow: tables are not cleaned, the buffet is not filled up, and dishes and cutlery are often missing. It ended up that one day we gave up and went out to eat instead.
The service level seems generally uneven. We were not informed that one was expected to hand over the key card when leaving the hotel, which led to a less pleasant experience upon returning home where the tone felt unnecessarily sharp.
In addition, the hallways seem somewhat messy with cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and carriages that stand in front – even when not in use. It gives a slightly unprofessional impression.
All in all, the stay feels expensive in relation to what you get. The hotel has potential with its good location and acceptable rooms, but there are several areas where the experience does not quite live up to the price.

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. The staff, especially, were fantastic. There is a Metro (4) station just outside the front door. Even though it is more of a business zone, there are plenty of cafes (with local clientele), a laundromat, and some small grocers. I would stay here again.
