I’d give it another star if I could. Staff was super helpful and made it easy for us to have a good stay. Take the U3 from central station to Rodingsmarkt if traveling by train or bus. Location is great - right across the street from the tram ( but you won’t hear it) and within walking distance to several restaurants and a grocery store. The room is large and well stocked with a fridge and a safe. Big bathroom and a writing desk. Sauna and laundry room downstairs. Breakfast was a bit pricey and good but not great. Zero complaints!

Love this hotel. Large, comfortable rooms, terrific food, huge beds, spacious bathrooms… and right across the street from a train stop.
My second time here - and I will definitely be back!

Characterful Hotel in a Great Location
A fascinating conversion of an old tax office into a five-star hotel, retaining much of the character of the original building. The high ceilings, wide corridors and other period features give it a real sense of history.
Our room was a very good size, well equipped and included a full kitchenette, which was a useful addition. The bar and restaurant are both good, although they were surprisingly quiet during our stay.
The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Town Hall square and ideally placed for exploring the city. Parking, however, can be difficult, so it’s worth planning ahead if arriving by car.
The staff were particularly attentive and welcoming. We were able to check in much earlier than expected, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, a comfortable and characterful hotel in an excellent central location.

Super! A pity to have to leave.
Nothing to complain about, the suite is equipped with every comfort (from the umbrella to the ironing board), the staff and the service are impeccable. The perfect location 1 min from the subway. Continental breakfast on par with the rest. A double room 220 euros all inclusive. What more could you ask for? If it also had parking it would be perfect, but even like this it comes close. Highly recommended.

Really nice hotel which is placed super central. The breakfast though is way too expensive, but there is a super coffee cafe - Erste Liebe bar.
The hotel needed a cozy lounge area
