7 Apple Lonavala - great location, decent staff, minor things to improve.

Great location. The property aesthetics is decent. The reception staff Sonam was helpful during the booking process. But we had specifically booked the mountain view rooms for the nature view from the top, we were disappointed that we were assigned the ground floor rooms with a partial view of the mountains, since a large conference group were given priority, we felt shortchanged for the value we paid for the view. Amenities were decent but even fresh towels had stains and they need to focus on the laundry cleanliness.
The onsite hotel was nice, the food was decent and the staff Yash and Rohit were helpful and accomodating of group needs.

Beautiful Monsoon Getaway with Stunning Mountain Views

We had a wonderful stay. The location is absolutely mesmerizing, especially during the monsoon. The entire hotel was surrounded by beautiful mist, creating a peaceful and magical atmosphere. The mountain view from our room was breathtaking and truly the highlight of our stay.
The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, making every meal enjoyable. P.s GRA Sunita and Chef Ajit. The magic show organized by the hotel was also entertaining and added a special touch to our experience.
The rooms were comfortable, and the overall ambience was relaxing and refreshing. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape surrounded by nature, scenic mountain views, and great hospitality, this is definitely a place worth visiting. Highly recommended!
