Outstanding Hospitality and Delicious Food at Metropole !
We recently celebrated our son’s first birthday at Metropole, Margao, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
A special thank you to Snehal Kamat, the manager, who went above and beyond to help us organise the entire event. Snehal was extremely professional, accommodating, and ensured that everything ran smoothly, making the celebration completely stress free for our family.
The food was outstanding and received compliments from almost all our guests. Everyone loved the quality, taste, and variety, which was one of the highlights of the evening.
The staff were equally impressive, friendly, courteous, and always ready to help. They even assisted us with loading all the birthday presents into our car after the party, which was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated.
The venue was clean, well-maintained, and created a pleasant atmosphere for our celebration.
A couple of suggestions that could make the experience even better:
* Valet parking would be a great addition, as parking can be quite challenging for guests.
* It would also be helpful to have a printed bar menu, similar to the food menu, displayed during events so guests know what beverages are available.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Metropole, Margao, for hosting family celebrations. Thank you once again to Snehal Kamat and the entire team for making our son’s first birthday so memorable.

Takeaway food is also superb
We ordered some take away food items and we are quite happy with prompt service and quality of food. Surely, this is no. 1 restaurant in Margao-Goa.

An unforgettable centenary celebration – absolutely flawless!
We recently hosted a centenary celebration at Nanutel, Margao, and it was hands-down one of the best event experiences we’ve ever had.
A massive, heartfelt thank you goes out to the manager, Mr. Mahendra Khot. From day one, he was an absolute lifesaver and he made the entire process seamless. He spent so much time helping us plan the perfect menu, patiently listening to all our specific requests, and making tweaks whenever we asked. His own suggestions were incredibly helpful and showed he really knew what he was doing.
The execution on the day was flawless. The venue looked perfect, and the seating arrangement was exactly how we envisioned it. Mr. Khot took care of all the technical logistics, too, setting up a projector and sound system so our presentations went off without a hitch.
As for the food—it was fantastic! Every single one of our guests raved about how delicious everything was. The staff at Nanutel was prompt, serving starters at the table for all our guests. In fact, our guests got so comfortable that nobody wanted to leave, and our lunch spilled over into almost tea time! When we realized how late it was getting, we asked the team if they could arrange some tea for those remaining people. They didn't blink an eye and promptly made it happen. Hats off to their incredible hospitality.
Ultimately, what could have been a very stressful day turned into a perfect function, and that is entirely thanks to the highly professional team led by such an able manager. Thank you to everyone at Nanutel for making this milestone so special for our family.

Wonderful experience during four nights at Goa
Location is good, it's in the heart of Madgaon, very near to railway station and 23 kms from Dabolim Airport. A small garden is just opposite to the hotel. Madgaon market is only 600 meters from the hotel.
Goa is hot during this time of the year, the weather was hot in day time because it's April month but evenings were better.
Rooms are spacious, quite, neat and clean. Good job done by housekeeping staff.
Food is a bit costly but good in taste, the staff is courteous and supportive.
Overall experience was very good. Thanks to the entire staff of the hotel for making our stay and conference comfortable.
