Nice, small hotel - ideal for a short break

Small hotel in Trieste, away from the hustle and bustle, therefore very quiet location. Very good breakfast buffet. Room a bit small but nicely decorated. Important to note: in the center it goes downhill, i.e. you have to go uphill again. But a bus stop is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Positively affected by the atmosphere. Impeccable attention to detail. Perfect cleaning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Superb breakfast. Way to go! Bravo

Visit to Trieste

It is not a 4 star, small room with a socket detached completely from above the nightstand smell in the exhaust chamber.
Paid 170 euros for one night, total disappointment.

The room on the ground floor is below expectations. It is noisy, has no fridge, the windows overlook the entrance of the hotel end (no privacy) and the A/C unit is very loud. The room on the second floor was good.
Also, we were sorry to hear that there was no parking spot left because we arrived too late. It should be disclosed on the profile of the hotel that parking spaces are limited.
On the other hand, breakfast was wonderful! Wide selection and high quality. It was a nice experience to start the day.

Arrogance and noise

I slept one night in this 4-star hotel.
A nightmare experience. Room 106 that I was assigned was dusty and decidedly dated and poorly maintained. But the big problem arose when we went to sleep. The air conditioner, decidedly antiquated, is noisy and placed right next to the bed. Whatever position you put it in, it's freezing air on you. Once the air conditioner is turned off and the windows are opened, the nightmare of mosquitoes and the air conditioner motor of the next room or lobby begins. In short, a very hot and sleepless night. The worst thing, however, was the arrogance and rudeness of the director. Who responded to my complaints wrathfully inviting me to tone it down. I think the stars of this structure are definitely worth reviewing.
