Run away

The hotel was certainly under construction but no respect for the guests. No breakfast was planned out of the 4 included in the reservation, the restaurant was even closed in the evening. The room was more tired than us after 10 hours of travel. You even end up with a completely tarpaulin floor, painting and then on the floor. Also the hotel is extremely noisy.
In short a very unpleasant stay in the hotel.

Great location but super noisy!

Hotel very noisy! Very busy road and no window insulation.
Work in the hotel with drills until 11pm .. (even on weekends ..), we spent 3 nights in this hotel, our humor ended up quickly exhausted ..
The restaurant is not great. Buffet or plate service when there were very few customers.. Breakfast top one morning then very null the other 2 days .. no regularity in the level of service offered.
We are still waiting for coffee in the morning.. even after asking 10 times and being told that coffee is coming.. We'll never have seen him.
We feel the lack of customers and that the staff is struggling. They were very nice but not very comfortable as soon as you ask for something..
Rooms being refreshed and there is a great need .. No hair dryer. No hot water on the first night but we found him the next day.
Yet the hotel is well located, we were about 10 min walk from the lower town of Amman. Very nice to go for a walk in the evening and enjoy the atmosphere of the area.
