Pros: great location across the street from Roman Theater and restaurants, shops, etc. We were upgraded to a bigger room for our stay.
Cons: the property is generally very run down and could do with new sheets, towels, etc. The room felt dusty and floors needed to be mopped. The shower head fixture was broken and fell off, water when everywhere on the floors when in use.

The hotel was shity doesn't deserve 2 starts it was more like a hostel, the water was cold , the room damaged, the breakfast just ok , in general i don't recommend it. The service was also bad. When i tried to modify my reservation, they refused to accept and refund me
