A++ get it if you can

Igor and his staff were excellent. I made my reservation late in the day when I got there that evening he graciously showed me my room to make sure i was happy with it before checking me in. The cleanliness we got here. OK in both the hotel and restaurant or exceptional and the breakfast is one of the best buffets I’ve had during my two week travel over here.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service

We stayed here with my daughter and had a fantastic experience. Even though we arrived earlier than the check-in time, we were accommodated right away. The young lady at the reception was always smiling, friendly, and ready to help with any questions.
The hotel is about a 7-minute walk to the beach, and beach towels are provided at the reception. There is also a small private parking area, which was very convenient for us. Our room was clean, cozy, and had a balcony — we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Talk about going above and beyond with making their guests happy. I had a 12 night stay in Europe while visiting Poland and The Balkins. I stayed at some nice places and met some really nice people but this hotel by far had the most pleasant staff ever. Jovaha, at the front desk, has to be the most pleasant receptionist ever! She made my entire experience worry free. From parking my car to local suggestions to pretty much everything. She is such a sweet gem and Igor who oversaw the breakfast was just as pleasant. Their free breakfast bar also tops off at a perfect 10 as well. I highly recommend this hotel! You won’t regret it!

disappointing experience

We stayed last week but sadly our experience was full of frustrations.
Our room had recurring issues — a flooding shower, power cuts almost every day&night, and barely any English spoken by staff, which made even simple requests difficult.
Parking was more of a guessing game, with cars awkwardly lined along the sidewalk due to lack of space.
The overall experience didn’t match the price.
What disappointed us most was the lack of empathy — we faced an unexpected emergency and had to shorten our stay, but the hotel showed no flexibility or support.
Sadly, we left more stressed than when we arrived. This stay was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price

We stayed at Hotel Bono for 4 nights and were not satisfied with our experience. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor, and we had constant electrical issues—power outages almost every night due to a faulty fuse in the room. Staff had to come to our room multiple times to reset it.
Communication was difficult as almost no one speaks English except one receptionist during the day. The hotel parking is extremely limited, and cars are often parked halfway on sidewalks. Breakfast was okay and the location is decent, but overall, this hotel does not offer good value, especially considering the price.
We also had a serious family emergency and needed to leave a night early, but the hotel refused any kind of support or flexibility. To make things worse, we noticed that the room price dropped significantly after our check-in, and better-rated hotels nearby were actually cheaper.
Would not stay again.
