Totally top on all fronts

From arrival to departure we have been pampered. Enthusiastic and friendly reception. Small tour and good explanation of what we could expect. Good eye contact. In the room we discovered that we both wanted a thinner pillow and some other tea and decaf coffee plus an extra bottle of water.
That was brought in within 5 minutes. No effort was too much. My husband celebrated his birthday the second day, the bed in the room was decorated just like the table at dinner. The room and bathroom are clean, spacious and the decor we find very tasteful.
The bed is lovely.
The breakfast is very rich and deliciously fresh. There's something for everyone. There was no toaster but upon inquiry bread could be toasted in the kitchen.
Dinner was delicious too. So fresh, with local produce.
In short, as far as we are concerned highly recommended. And the staff is clearly well trained and educated, something we do not always experience in the Netherlands.

Fantastic!

I've been coming to this hotel for years! After the passing of my husband and the tropics years that followed with three children alone, I thought it was time to give myself a present now and then. It's always like you're being spoiled, even if you pay for it, of course. The Tranquility, the nice clean rooms, the lovely beds, the delicious breakfast, the friendly staff. Love to de-stress, relax, the wellness is wonderful, the swimming pool, the hydromassage and of course the wonderful island of Texel. I'm definitely coming here for a long time.

A great hotel with great staff.

We stayed here for 4 days on a trip to Texel. The room was modern and very Comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast included had a really good variety of nice quality food. We are at the restaurant a couple of times during our stay and the food and service was fantastic. The hotel rent bikes too, which was really useful.
In summary, a great place and good value for money..

A top address!

Our Third Party visit was another direct hit!
This time my mother was our Honorary Customer.
Friendly staff, lovely welcome
Rooms fine , since we asked two rooms close together did not immediately request the practical rooms ( sink )
But it was only for two nights
Delicious breakfast although I keep finding the full fruit juice glasses pre-filled on the table a strange habit ‍♂️
Left again with very nice feeling!
