Here are some points to be considered:
4 Star Hotels normally must have security box and Water cooker, but this hotel doesn't;
Reception staff were professional, but restaurant staff need to improve their communication skills..

Not really "cool"

We stayed here for Christmas and New Year from 23/12/2025 to 02/01/2026. Unfortunately disappointing as 4 stars. The room was never cleaned despite the request. Hotel without kitchen therefore breakfast (paid) was made in a room on the opposite street, except on holidays because the place is closed. They guaranteed us a refund both on the spot and through the portal through which we had booked the travel package. It never arrived and not from the property we never received reply emails following our requests. The room booked should have also had a separate sitting area but as soon as we arrived it was not so. We don't know how it was rated to have 4 stars.

Clean, cozy and very central

First time staying here... 4 nights and everything was great! Room maintained in complete cleanliness throughout my stay. Very friendly team 24/7 at the reception. Breakfast is nice. Very cozy little boutique hotel in the center of Bucharest.
Very good service by Ionut especially in case you book airport pickup or drop off.

AVOID!!!

I have stayed at this hotel twice. There was nothing terrible at my stayings. HOWEVER, this hotel has charged my credit card 4 times; twice (in total £355.44) have been illegally!! I have brought this to their attention, providing all evidence, but they ignore all my messages.
