Generally very nice apart from restaurant
Nice hotel, nice rooms, good area, comfortable bed, very nice pillows.
The only one bad thing are meals... I paid for half board and literally service were making us feel extremely uncomfortable. First dinner was in restaurant but we couldn't choose what we want. It was special menu for us where starter wasn't a starter but part of main dish. So just main and dessert and water. Second day they moved us to buffet so not even a restaurant anymore, and it was looking like leftovers from restaurant. Third day people from service were acting so odd... my plate was taken as soon I went to just get something from buffet. I haven't even finished my meal. My phone and card was still on the table and no one asked me if I finished. Same happened to people next to me. Like tehy wanted us to just go. We paid for it and they made us feel like we getting it free. Also there was no traditional Spanish food but English so same we have every day at home... disappointing. One day cleaner opened my doors thinking no one's in and she left it open... so I was sleeping with opened doors... Generally very nice hotel I would give them highest note but restaurant part made me feel extremely uncomfortable... Definitely don't pay for half, full or all inclusive. They will treat you well if you pay separately for it.

Don't be late for breakfast !!!
Clean modernish Hotel , pleasant staff for the most part ,,, we were here 10 nights half board , Receptionists were all very pleasant, room was good size and great air conditioning... Daily room service was excellent, only thing was tea bags milk were never replaced... breakfast buffet was 8 to 10 am weekdays , but what's very strange is if you arrive in just before 10 and think well I can relax and enjoy my breakfast now , forget it , they will inform you that you have 5 minutes as they chomp at the bit to start removing all the food and shut off the coffee machines ... Evening meal , sold as a la carte, they will inform you if there are more then 20 people it will be changed to a buffet service ,, but the buffet is poor quality and very little choice compared to other Hotels I've been to ... we complained after the first night and after got to eat in the restaurant a la carte ,,, which was a bit better and more choice , but far from being very good .... the centre is a 20 minute Uber trip , costs range from 16 to 30 Euros depending time of day ,,, busses every 30 minutes cost about 1.60 cash or 70 cents if you get a Green travel card for zone B , bus stop about 10 minutes walk from Hotel brings you to plaza del Armas , city centre is 15 minutes walk from there...
Would I stay here again , maybe, if the price was right , but would not bother with evening meal , better options near by ...

Lovely hotel, staff welcoming and helpful. Hotel decor beautiful and rooms lovely and spacious. Dinner was very nice. Will stay here again.

Great hotel at 15 mins from Seville
The room was clean and neat. Price was reasonable. Swimming pool was clean and exposed to the sun. Great experience !

Not a 4 star as stated hotel needs rennovation
Not 4 star quality as stated but 2 or 3 at a maximum. The only good thing about the hotel are the staff they are very friendly and helpful and the air condition unit, also parking on the street waa plentiful. We stayed in an appartment and the shower head was broken which never got fixed..the water mixer in the shower was bad one time you get freezing water followed by boiling hot water. The safe was broken but they managed to get us a new one. The Tv does not connect to the wifi therefore was of no use. Breakfast was the same everyday variety wise not great but ok.
