Really nice breakfast and comfortable family bedroom with a nice view over Triangeln :)

Excellent stay

This is a beautiful hotel particularly if you get a high level room. Views from the hotel window are extensive and interesting. The sunset is spectacular. The cleaning staff do an excellent job and are all so very friendly. In fact all the staff are very helpful and engaging. As vegans we enjoyed a fabulous breakfast . Food is delicious and we were even served with vegan pancakes. Perhaps my only criticism is the fact the dining area does get crowded at peak times but we will not hesitate to book this hotel again on our next Malmo holiday. Highly recommended particularly for vegans wanting a wonderful breakfast.

Good hotel

We stay every summer at this hotel. Nice breakfast. Nice rooms. And the dog is welcome. Great location. But … why does it cost 25kr to get ice. It's always been free. Bad!

Tack för din fina recension och för att ni återkommer till oss varje sommar! Vi är glada att ni uppskattar våra rum, frukosten, läget och att även hunden trivs hos oss.
Jag förstår att det kan kännas ovant eftersom is tidigare har varit kostnadsfritt.
Vi testar just nu en ny lösning som en pilot. Bakgrunden är bland annat att våra ishinkar ofta inte kommer tillbaka och att hanteringen av is innebär extra arbete för personalen. Vid hög belastning och många event behöver vi dessutom ibland köpa in extra is för att kunna möta efterfrågan.
Vi kommer självklart att utvärdera detta framöver och tar gärna emot feedback från våra gäster. Tack för att du frågar och delar din synpunkt!

Recommend

Highly recommend, top location, close to shopping and public transport if you want to get outside the city center. Will definitely come back soon.

Bug at the booking made us pay 400kr more for breakfast.

Stayed at your place with my family when I turned 60 and would visit different places nearby. We had booked through your partner hotells.com and chosen breakfast but when we chose refundable after, breakfast choice jumped away. Emailed about the bug to Hotells.com who did not take responsibility but thanked for the information. To you we had to pay 1432kr instead of 1032kr to get breakfast. You got that money but I will avoid Scandic as much as I can so you will lose if you did not make a ”satisfied customer” agreement. Even if it is your partner who had the fault, it was you who should have paid. Also showed how the bug through a fictional booking. It was obvious. Those at the front desk, however, did not seem to have that delegation. So we had to beautifully pay 400kr more if we wanted breakfast. Not at all satisfied, did not want the penalty for breakfast booking did not come with the booking and will as I said avoid Scandic as a company as much as I can in future.
