Incredibly hot and horrible room.

Unbelievably hot room. No air con and window could only open a crack. Horrible experience. Recommend you go elsewhere.

DISGRACEFUL

Room was a sauna when we arrived, and there was no ventilation. Some rooms could not open windows for fresh air or couldn't even turn on bathroom exhaust fan to remove hot air, as they wouldn't turn on.
Staff were really unhelpful and did not care about the guests.
Beds were uncomfortable.
Half of the hotel was a construction site and we were told no work was occurring, but construction noise could be heard.
It was advertised that there was a cafe and free breakfast, but neither of those exist.

NO AIR CON 38 degrees in the room

Stay away . NO AIR CON .. you will suffer do not go there . They put you in room 415 on South side of hotel . To say it was hot is an understatement. Very dangerous for anyone with medical conditions. Temperature in the room was 38 degrees . One socket with 2 fans to blow heat around the room . Very depressing place . I traveled all over the world this was my worst experience.

Room was very basic. Really hot and no air conditioning. The room had 2 fans but when I checked in the room had curtains open and window shut, so fans didn’t really help. The room was a little tired and lacked some basic amenities. I was looking for a bottle opener so went to reception who just said they didn’t have anything, not very helpful at all.

Disgrace compared to other hotels.

Limerick Castle Troy Travelodge Worst Hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
Asked for extra pillows as the extra pillows were missing in the room and was told that they had none
The room was so hot that I asked for a fan and the guy never came back. The bed sheets were dirty and when I told the staff, then they said “that’s not possible because they change sheets every day”
Worst service ever!
Staff need training.
I’ve stayed at other Travelodge‘s and they’ve never been like this
The window didn’t even open
Didn’t even have ice
