Beyond expectation
Stayed here for 4 nights and couldn’t get enoigh. I booked this hotel mainly because of the location, it’s in walking distance to so many public places. But when i actually got there… everything was beyond expectation. The rooms, linnens, and towels were spotless… very clean, very tidy. Rasal did a great job. Jasmine contacted me right after i made a booking… she “stayed” with me through my whole days in KL. She also spoiled my kids… and i think I was spoiled too. She made my stay effortless. Maniam also very helpfull and nice. The view from my room was amazing… it’s facing KLCC park. Everything was perfect. I’d love to come back again and again.

Acappella, it felt like I was staying at a friend's place!
Location was very good being in a more residential part of the city, made it a quieter environment which suited us. Still had plenty of eating options around. Close to the Twin towers and a park. Close to a HOHO bus stop. Not far to get to the MRT as well. Our one bedroom apartment with a park view was excellent. Building had good security and the area felt safe. Two large pools, toddler pool and toddler play ground on site. Coin laundry also avilable. Good kitchen in the unit though we didn't use it. Breakfast options at the nearby restaurant were good and obtained by supplied vouchers. Snacks provided in the unit were replaced daily, a nice surprise. Russell serviced our room daily and did an excellent job. Very satisfied. Jasmine, our hostess was lovely. Could not do enough for us and was reachable on Whats App any time I had a question.

The Perfect place to stay in kuala Lumpur
The Acappella is the most wonderful place to stay. We booked in to end our 20 year anniversary trip to Malaysia & Borneo. Jasmine was absolutely amazing, she went out of her way to accomodate us in many ways, including upgrading our suite which was beautiful, amazing views of the city. So close to everything. Shopping, restaurants, cafes & all the tourist attractions. The pool is amazing with views of the Petrona Towers. We will stay again & highly recommend to all visitors.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience. We were upgraded to a suite, which was super spacious. Staff were excellent, Jasmine went out of her way to make sure all our needs were met. Can't recommend enough. If staying for a few days in KL, you wont find better.

We give a five star rating .
From before we landed in KL we were being taken care by Jasmine . Nothing was to much trouble for her and her Partner OB .
Our stay in their accomodation was a pleasure . The accomodation was spotless . The cleaning staff could not have done a better job . Jasmine even stocked the fridge with some beer and treats on the side for me without my asking , and at no charge . Now that is a first !.
The location is great , only 6 minutes from Petronas twin tower .
We will only consider staying at this property the next we come to KL .
