Excellent location and friendly staff.

The location is excellent, just a few meters from the Ryogoku subway station, with many restaurants and attractions nearby. At the reception, they were very attentive and helped me arrange the transfer of my luggage to another hotel.
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m., and they are very strict about the check-in time, but they allow you to leave your luggage in their care while you stroll around the area.
Although I read many comments about the rooms being very small, in my opinion, they are not that small. That said, if you are used to huge rooms, you may find it somewhat small.

Wonderful hotel, very helpful & friendly service, close to some nice food establishments & laundering services. The trains weren't loud to ourselves and we were opposite the station on the higher floors. The balcony view was also nice. We recommend the Tori Mero Yakutori/Izakaya just round the corner on the 6th floor.

The hotel is right next to the Ryogoku station where you can see it from the platform. The room I had was not noisy at all, very quiet. There’s convenience stores around to buy essentials( water, juice , snacks and ice cream. There’s also a coffee shop adjacent to the hotel entrance which we frequented. The Sobu line has frequent trains so very convenient.

Close to the train station. Lots of good places to eat. Staff were courtesy. Our triple room had 3 twin beds and a daybed. The bathroom had a shower/tub. Mini fridge and electric kettle in room too.

Close to Akihabara (anime/tech area)
Close to Tokyo tower and Senso-ji tempel
20-30 min subway to Shibuya/Shinjuku/Ginza
Very helpful and polite staff.
