Don't be put off by appearance.

One bedroom with ensuite and separate dining/sitting room. Looks newly renovated.
Beautifully clean, very comfortable (if high) bed. Basic equipment in kitchen, comfortable seating.
Toilet seat too small for toilet. Otherwise good value.
