A very safe and caring hotel

The hotel's many thoughtful details made me feel comfortable, the staff responded quickly, and the breakfast was delicious. The front desk staff, in particular, were incredibly welcoming; they greeted guests warmly upon entering and leaving the hotel, provided detailed travel guides, and patiently offered assistance.

Great stay in Hue! Fantastic hospitality and excellent value for money

We stayed in a double room with a private en-suite bathroom and we had a good stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed, offering **excellent value for money**.
The real highlight of the hostel is the staff: Catherine and everyone else were amazing. They were always smiling, welcoming, and super helpful both with the hostel's services and with recommending what to see and visit in the city.
A good choice for visiting Hue!

Great place to stay

I had a great experience here. The staff were all really friendly. The location was great. The room had 2 bathrooms and a balcony. A nice social area to relax. Good value for money

One of the best in entire Vietnam so far

Super friendly staff, very welcoming and caring for the guests.
When I fell sick, the staff cancelled our motorbike ride to Hoi An 20 min before departure time.
Breakfast is very good and they offer cold filtered drinking water.
Go here 110% recommend!

Amazing staff and great location

the staff were so accommodating, welcoming and helpful. They let us check in early after coming off a night bus and upgraded our room. Lovely free breakfast and good location. We loved our stay here I’d definitely recommend to any backpackers !
