Located on a main road next to tons of restaurants and stores. The property itself leads directly to a beach. The breakfast buffet was very good. Lots of food options. Staff arranged for my airport shuttle in the AM. Great property. I would definitely stay again.

So-so...

Kind and efficient staff: many don't speak English, but they get help from others and solve the problem. The free shuttle service to and from the airport is convenient.
Modern and fast elevators, spacious and cool lobby. Water and iced tea are always available for free at the small bar, as well as fruit (a little, but fresh) and the coffee supplies that they leave in the room every day.
The pool is large but not very beautiful, sun loungers (in the low season) are always available, but uncomfortable because they have no cushions, and you always have to bring your own towels from the room.
Breakfast is so-so: lots of savory choices, but no croissants.
Spacious and welcoming suite; the sunset view is one to remember. Small balcony (only two chairs and a small table fit), with a sea view, but not "front row." Elegant bathroom (obviously without a bidet) with a large shower; very fragrant and high-quality toiletries.
The spa is nice, with a sauna, hammam, and jacuzzi.
I give the bed a 10: it's not perfect because the pillows are too soft, but the linens are soft and very classy, and the mattress is super firm, just how we like it: you wake up in the morning feeling truly rested.
Late check-out is available (for a fee) only until 5:00 PM; after 5:00 PM, you pay the full rate, as for a normal night.
Poor value for money: for what you pay, considering we are in the low season, you could get much more. Without wanting to compare it to Western standards, but even just comparing it, for example, to the Furama Resort in Da Nang where we stayed last year, we are a good step below here.

The best day in Fukok

It was very nice, the hotel is very nice and the care too. Right in the sea and the first line, and the other strona city. Very convenient location.

Rest in November 2025

Very convenient location of the hotel. In the heart of the city, you can walk to the night market and the large King Kong store in 20 minutes. The exchanger is the most profitable right by the hotel. The rest are slightly lower. But maybe we're the lucky ones. The hotel's food is delicious and varied, the rooms are beautiful and clean, clean and change towels every day.

Not 5 stars.

We rested at the hotel between 8 and 17 April. Impressions is not a 5 star hotel. No one helped with the suitcases at the entrance, and they were driven to the room themselves. Hotel doors don't close, air conditioning works, it's useless, and in the lobby, mosquitoes with flies fly in, you sit down drinking coffee and you get bitten. The spirit is in the hallways, you can only breathe in the room, turn on the air conditioning. Room has a wardrobe with 4 hangers, no shelves. Just small drawers in the dresser and nightstand. No iron. No yarshik for the toilet. Vietnamese slippers, one for the entire stay. There was a laundry basket, we didn't see it again after the first order - we didn't put it next time. Maybe the service is disposable. Hygienic filling - tooth kits, combs changed daily. Gel, shampoo, conditioner and soap are poured into the dispenser. No body lotion at the seaside resort. Cosmetics are obviously local, who's the manufacturer-- I don't know, cans-- pouring, no "extra information." Tea set, kettle water. I put the decorative pillow and plaid away straight away, they didn't put it back after, thank you very much for that, I don't like these things on the bed. We had meals at breakfasts, we have local cuisine, we have European, fruit desserts. Butter is butter, not spread. There's a bar by the pool, you can buy drinks. We've always had enough beds. A staircase leads to the beach from the pool - okay, no sand in the pool area. The beach also has its own sunbeds under umbrellas. The beach is cleaned, it's clean in the morning. The entrance to the sea is smooth, the waters are fenced by buoys, but you can swim behind them - not deep, many swim there. But local fishing boats come too close to the beach, bringing a bad smell of fuel and garbage. No one's watching it. In the morning hours the sea system, then as luck would have it. We were unlucky, there was a lot of rubbish after 12:00. Every day there was a lot of garbage in the water, which at some point tourists themselves began to wash up on shore, swimming among this is simply impossible. The property is clean and well maintained. In the room, we heard everything going on down the hall. The light from the hallway hits the room through the bottom slit of the door. We covered it with a towel. Chose the hotel because of its location in the center, conveniently all infrastructure is within walking distance. That's probably the biggest plus. You can also swim in the sea and pool all night - I haven't seen anyone watching that. Things were left on sunbeds and went to lunch and there was no theft, the public is generally decent.
