Birthday treat

Lovely hotel, all staff are welcoming. The rooms are spacious and very clean. We stayed on a dinner BB rate but we also had lunch on arrival that was delicious.
The dinner was good, they even made a birthday celebration plate for me and my twin sister.
Breakfast was good, however they could have done with some smashed avocado at breakfast. The spa, pool and relaxtion area is lovely and we did not mind the £20pp.

Such a lovely stay! The room was really spacious, spotlessly clean and had an amazing view over Everton’s stadium (me being a Blue, I was very happy about that!) Zoe on reception was so lovely, really welcoming and helpful (I’m rubbish at names but this was an easy name for me to remember as it’s mine too) The spa was gorgeous and so relaxing, and my treatment was exactly what I needed. I had some lovely food and cocktails in the bar too and Andy the bar manager, was so welcoming and lovely to chat to. I’ll definitely be back!

The room was absolutely spotless. The bed and pillows are unreal I would love to know what brand pillows they use. The complimentary coffee in the room was beautiful too. The breakfast buffet the next morning was fabulous with so much choice. The staff were all friendly and attentive. The spa is absolutely stunning. We booked a 2 hr slot and were so relaxed when we left that we stayed in the room and had room service for dinner which was also perfect. Absolutely no issues with this hotel at all.

The hotel was lovely! Really nice bar and reception area, it is one of the best hotels to stay at in Liverpool! The only downside was that our bathroom was definitely starting to look tired, the shower holders were not fixed and hung off the wall, and only half the shower head worked.
