You can't wait to return.
Beautiful structure, well-equipped, with all the amenities, super friendly and helpful staff, from the reception to the dining room staff, to the pool bartenders, to the cleaning ladies! Well-finished accommodation, with livable spaces, and a bathroom equipped with all comforts. Buffet breakfast and varied dinner with many options. Pleasant stay that makes you want to return.

Attention: bed bugs!
We would like to make other guests aware of our experience.
My wife had extremely intense itching on her legs after our stay. At first, we thought they were mosquito bites. Later, however, we suspected that it could be bed bugs, as the bites and the intense itching point to that.
Therefore, we recommend that all guests carefully check the room upon arrival, especially the mattress, the seams, and the bed frame. Do not automatically confuse the symptoms with mosquito bites – bed bug bites can look very similar.
We hope that the hotel thoroughly checks the rooms so that other guests do not have to have this experience.

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Ihre Frau nach dem Aufenthalt unter starkem Juckreiz gelitten hat. Wir können selbstverständlich nachvollziehen, dass dies unangenehm ist.
Als Ferienanlage befinden wir uns mitten im Grünen und in der Nähe der Lagune. In den Sommermonaten sind Mücken in dieser Umgebung leider ganz natürlich vorhanden, auch wenn wir regelmäßig Maßnahmen zur Reduzierung der Insekten treffen.
Gleichzeitig nehmen wir Hinweise unserer Gäste sehr ernst. Alle unsere Zimmer werden regelmäßig gereinigt und kontrolliert. Nach Ihrer Rückmeldung haben wir das betreffende Zimmer nochmals sorgfältig überprüft und konnten keinerlei Anzeichen für Bettwanzen feststellen.

Nice location, experience could be improved
Property surrounded by greenery, with a nice park attached: a pleasant surprise, especially for those traveling with dogs and who love to go for walks.
Arriving at the apartment, I had the feeling of taking a leap into the 80s: I was expecting more modern furnishings. The air conditioners were poorly positioned and rather noisy; the one in the living room cooled very little, while the one in the bedroom cooled far too much.
The idea of the living room with the two French doors is very nice, as they allow for the creation of a single space with the garden. It is a shame, however, that the fence was too low for my needs, having two dogs.
I asked the staff how to lock the door when I went out, but they were unable to give me an answer. Only after three days did I discover on my own that it was enough to place the electronic key on the reader. In the meantime, I had to figure out how to keep the main door locked when I went to breakfast or dinner, so as to keep the dogs safe.
The breakfast buffet was very varied and satisfying. The dinner buffet, on the other hand, disappointed me due to the lack of choice: I always limited myself to cold dishes because the meat and pasta did not suit my tastes. Furthermore, from a four-star property with half-board service, I would have expected an à la carte dinner or, at the very least, a greater possibility of choice.
Due to personal needs, I left the property three days early, while still paying for the entire stay, with the exception of the supplements for the last few days. A correct management from a contractual point of view, but I would have appreciated at least a partial refund or a voucher to use for a future stay.
A decidedly positive note goes to the staff, always friendly, smiling, and very helpful.

under expectations
Nice location, beautiful garden, guests have to expect that they have to walk up to 100 m to the appartment (vila) from the parking place, and to be aware that as mentioned in their general conditions "cleaning every two days (excluding kitchenette and dishes) with change of beach towels and bathroom linen; bed linen change every 7 nights" even beeing 4 star structure.
