TOP EXPERIENCE
Has rarely stayed in a place with similar service from smiling and efficient staff. Problem with the room immediately triggered an upgrade to "the best of the house".
Have only great praise for the hotel which we will definitely return to. Nice "touch" with thorough old French posters.
Call: The cozy courtyard needs a lot more cozy seating furniture, so you are tempted to stay longer.

Spacious and comfortable room let down by noise from bar in front of hotel
I would have given this hotel 5 stars based on the room alone, but unfortunately the noise from the bar across the street significantly impacted my stay.
Pros:
* Complimentary room upgrade
* Very spacious room
* Comfortable bed
* Decent-sized bathroom
* Nice, fluffy towels - bathrobe - slippers - Molton Brown toiletries
Cons:
* Weak shower pressure
* The bed sits on an unusual elevated platform, which makes late-night trips to the bathroom a bit hazardous
* No air conditioning, meaning the windows need to be opened; hence the noise.
* Unfortunately, the bar across the street is extremely noisy, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Luckily the noise died down at around Midnight. That was on a Tuesday night.
I skipped breakfast, as DKK 300 felt far too expensive for what I would typically eat in the morning.
It’s a shame, because the location is excellent and very convenient for the station. However, due to the noise levels, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Snalk but great hotel
A very small hotel close to station & harbour.
Very nice interior with small but nice rooms
Best one over look hotel courtyard.
Fantastic staff on hand
The hotel only offers breakfast but with so many options near by no issue.
The bar loung offers some lovely dtinks should you wish.
Breakfast was a set menu witb a slightly large portion for one but ffesh fruit & bit mske it nice.

Lovely hotel with pretty courtyard. I received a complimentary room upgrade facing the street. Very spacious room, comfortable bed, decent-sized bathroom with separate bathtub and shower, fluffy bath towels, bathrobe, slippers, Molton Brown toiletries, coffee machine, mini bar. All in all, very nice and clean.
The less than perfect aspects were: weak shower pressure, bed sits on an elevated platform which makes late-night trips to the bathroom a bit hazardous, no air conditioning which means the windows needs to be opened and the street noise is very noticeable.
The thing that disappointed me is the room faces a bar across the street. It’s very noisy and make sleeping very difficult despite the ear plugs the hotel kindly provide. Luckily as it was a Tuesday night, the bar closes early and the noise finally died down around midnight.

Overrated
Overrated hotel
Breakfast over $93 for 2 people, way too much food, no room for all the food with such a small table.
Shower: hose to short. I’m 6’1” could not reach my head.
Our room was in the rear building facing the parking lot. The was nice. You go through a door and enter your room from an outside walkway (similar to a US Motel), The door slams behind you and slams whenever the door is used. 4 rooms each floor (3 floors). Pack light you have to carry your bag up some stairs and there is no place to put them in the room. There is an elevator in the building.
They use storage shelves that could be used for your closes to sell snacks.
There is a very nice sitting area outside for people to meet but it is right outside your window and surrounded by buildings so it can get loud. I guess that’s why there are air plugs in the room.
