We had an excellent and truly memorable stay at Aleph Doha Residences. The hotel exceeded our expectations and is a wonderful choice for families.
A very special thank you to SU at the reception. She was extremely kind, professional, and welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction and comfort. She also kindly assisted us with a room upgrade, subject to availability, which made our experience even more special.
We stayed in Apartment 4201, and it was absolutely amazing. All the bedrooms and the living room have a full sea-facing view, offering beautiful panoramic views and making our stay incredibly relaxing and enjoyable.
Overall, the service, accommodation, and hospitality were outstanding. A big thank you to the entire Aleph Doha team, especially SU, for making our stay so enjoyable.
Highly recommended for families, and we will definitely stay here again!

Our second stay at Aleph, and it just keeps getting better! ❤️
What made this stay really special wasn’t just the beautiful hotel, cleanliness, or amenities—it was the people and the genuine hospitality we experienced throughout our stay.
A special thank you to Rabaa, who assisted me with our booking and made everything so easy from the beginning. She was incredibly efficient, attentive, and genuinely caring. She listened to what we needed and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and would enjoy our stay, especially as I was travelling with my family. Her kindness and attention really stood out.
Imtyas was also very helpful and kindly assisted us with our bags and settling into our room. Everyone we encountered was so warm, friendly, and prompt whenever we needed assistance.
We also had a wonderful dining experience. Both dinner and breakfast were lovely, and the restaurant staff were incredibly welcoming. Their warmth and hospitality really made the experience even more enjoyable.
The hotel itself was, as always, impeccable—beautiful, clean, comfortable, spacious and well maintained. But for us, the biggest highlight was the people who made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.
And lastly, thank you to Julo, who assisted us with a smooth checkout and sent us off with such a warm smile.

Excellent service
The housekeeping staff were excellent. Asif and Raja cleaned the room thoroughly every day, kept everything neat and tidy, and paid great attention to detail. I really appreciated their effort and professionalism throughout my stay.

Its just not a 5 star property
Could be a very good 3 star ( actual well rated) property
The beds, pillows and sofa beds is just not up to human standard
The TVs are very old and needs to be changed
The overall design and interior in simillar to 3 star standard
The CS were very helpfull though, and tried to fix whatever could be fixed
