It's a good hotel, rooms well sized for Paris, very close to the metro. Food good quality, staff polite and friendly (I think it helps a lot if you try to speak French which is natural and they are very understanding and will appreciate this). It's not a top class hotel but for the price it's fulfilled expectations.

Not the best but ok

Good points: close to train station. Handy for Disney and Paris city centre.
Breakfast was adequate.
Bad points: room was tiny, bathroom so small it would have almost been possible to sit on the toilet, shower and wash my hands all at the same time . Paint peeling off the walls, rooms tired and in need of a refresh. Absolutely nothing like the photos.
Bar not open late. We got back to hotel around 11pm one night and wanted water, there was a coin only vending machine (we had no coins only cards) asked hotel reception if we could buy water and we were told no.
Periodic table on wall in breakfast room. See photo and form your own opinion on the placement of the letters!
All in all we wouldn’t stay here again.

Don't do that.

Small dated rooms, mini bathroom was not well clean, air conditioning kept turning off (30 degrees outside), but the most annoying thing was that the door of the hotel room did not close properly. We didn't get another room (the hotel was said to be full but it was very quiet at breakfast), so I had to barricade him with a chair and didn't feel safe.
It's that I was on a bus trip, otherwise I would have driven straight home.

Room was poor condition. Stains on the chairs, air condition had an incredibly loud rattle. It did the job for one night but would absolutely not stay there for longer. Surrounding area has major construction going on also.
