Outstanding experience, a hotel that provides all luxuries with personnal touch!
Excellent service, very clean and feeling like home! The view is unique from all of the rooms! We loved also breakfast area and food!Very Quite place and wonderful staff! Customized help as well! A hotel that provides all luxuries with a personal touch!

An amazing place
A fantastic resort.
From the moment we chose it, we were impressed by the telephone communication we had with the polite and helpful owners.
When we arrived we met a complex of villas that were in harmony with the surrounding stone many plants awesome architecture. The suite we stayed in was very nice, it had a great view, the terrace was very nicely decorated with sofas, a large pouf table. The swimming pool was amazing, spotlessly clean, which in our eyes became one with the sea that is in the background of the landscape. The breakfast is rich with many options. The staff is awesome smiling and always helpful. We felt like home. Thanks a lot for everything.

Yes but
The service from the hotel manager Theodoris was excellent always with a smile and willingness to help. There was daily cleaning in the room but
Our room had a smell from the drain unfortunately and the mattresses of the cots were very bad and torn.
Also the breakfast was very poor without many choices and with poor quality ingredients.
In addition, I must mention that we were treated to 2 meals at local restaurants.

Terrible service
We stayed here on the 3rd of September thinking this would be an amazing hotel. I stayed here with three of my friends. The 1 star that I gave was only for the view and nothing else. Room was smelly. Not cleaned out properly, imagine the person that must have been in the room before us, left their clothes there and they were still in there (for picture reference since I can’t post here please go on TripAdvisor where I will be posting the pictures to let the hotel and everyone know that this is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. A/C was not working, hotel staff did not care, let alone seemed annoyed that in a hotel season and in a country like Greece, we need A/c!!! When we went out we forgot the key in our room, which many many residents do globally no matter in what hotel to go to, you need to be able to provide an alternative key if not multiple, person in hotel seemed annoyed and all they could tell is “oh well damn you forgot the key I can’t call anyone it’s late now” and another girl working there which we also saw on the bar same day was like “oh don’t tell me they forgot their key” UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE, the level of hospitality in Greece has gone below 0, sort this out. This is a 4 star hotel, act like one. Breakfast was nice, the lady that served us was lovely, however the omelette with sausage did smell dodgy. I will be posting the same review on TripAdvisor, I’m usually not one to post negative reviews as I know it damages places, but the level of rudeness and arrogance of staff won’t pass, treat others how you would like to be treated. All these things need to be fixed, and looking back to other reviews on Google many had a similar experience, be careful when u book a hotel people, we want pleasant experiences not miserable ones.
