Delightful hotel

Welcoming family hotel that pays attention to guests. Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms. Good and generous breakfast. The hotel is within walking distance of several shops and terraces. Definitely recommended!

The worst 4-star hotel

The room was small for the hotel category. But the bathroom was extremely small. If the shower mat is on the floor, the door will not close. Outside the window was the exhaust air system of the kitchen (= noise and no view)

Bad experience made

Located in the centre of Bitburg on a busy road. The reception was polite. My single room was in the attic. Coming out of the elevator I immediately received a fashionable smell because there is no window to open here. The room itself very small with an even smaller window in a dormer. Ventilation is thus almost impossible. The decor was dominated by a much too large TV armchair, which does not fit in this small room at all.
Bed okay, although the pillow could be better. Bath okay, but the laid out towels were quite disgusting. Completely frayed and worn, they came along. In addition, they had a fashionable smell as if they had spent months in a storage room - just disgusting .
Breakfast was okay

Just great!

The Poss family has their restaurant (also on Mother's Day) super under control ! Chapeau! The kitchen and service deserve special praise !
A little tip: The breading at the Wiener Schitzel could be a bit looser underlaid !
