This is what 'time out' is.

'Yes', like every year, the early morning swimmer ladies were once again guests at 'The Liberty'..
And 'No', we are not biased.. !
but simply always thrilled ...
From the reception, the house, and the service in all areas.
Requests expressed in advance are taken into account, etc.
The atmosphere in the house is great,
the rooms and the bathrooms are incredibly clean.
Breakfast buffet perfect...
And to top it off (you have to experience this) at 'Fine dining by Phillip Probst' the 4-course menu "Thank you for that!!"
Thanks to our dear service staff for the wonderful stay.
Until next year.

Great weekend, in record heat

On the hottest day of the year, welcomed and taken care of by a great team, beautiful hotel well located with a great rooftop bar, also here great staff with well-prepared drinks.

Pros and cons

We had booked the hotel because of the location and the underground garage. The location with a view of the water is great. The reception was Nordic and cool, with a note that we could park in the underground garage. Said and done, the underground garage was full, so we had to park on a nearby side street with a parking ticket starting at 8 a.m. in the morning. The underground garage costs 18 euros. Breakfast is extra; we don't know how much it costs, as there was no offer. The hotel advertises air conditioning, but it's useless if it's turned off in the room and the room is properly heated up. It was 30 degrees outside.
Room dusty, toilet had residue from the previous guest plus yellow stains, table lamp broken. Complaint at the reception—the cleanliness in the bathroom did not correspond to a 4-star superior hotel; she said she was alone and would clean the toilet if she had time. It was then done, but the yellow on the toilet remained.
Pointed this out at checkout; she is aware that the yellow is cleaning agent residue. The rest was not addressed—the hotel manager will get in touch via email—which has not happened yet.
We would not recommend the hotel—also because of the parking situation.

great location, great hotel

we were here with 22 people and not for the first time. Everyone was satisfied. The location is top, breakfast and everything else too, especially the rooftop bar in the evening. Room on the lake side is recommended if you like harbor romance

Our superior room with a balcony overlooking the harbour was fantastic. Plenty of space, very comfortable bed, amazing shower. Highly recommend. Hotel in great location, walkable to all of the local museums and sights. Nice bar on the 5th floor with a good vibe. Only negative was paying €18 per day to park.
