Convenient location across from the train station, but a little noisy. Breakfast was very good, but expensive. Cheaper options at the train station. Room was clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful.

This new hotel is conveniently located at the side of Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, south side door.
Helpful, and friendly staff make check in really easy- computer check in not so easy.
Room is well appointed, and restfully quiet.

New and well equipped hotel in central location direct adjacent to Frankfurt main-station. Helpful staff and good restaurant and bar.

Embarrassing

I stayed here through Lufthansa due to a flight issue; they directed us to this hotel to spend the night.
The hotel itself is not bad, I would define it as normal even in terms of cleanliness, nothing excellent, but the truly shocking thing is the rudeness of the receptionist! Really great job on the staff selection

The hotel is well situated very close to the train station and well appointed for travellers with access needs. We had a superior room; when we arrived there was no hand soap though we got some from housekeeping and the TV didn’t work properly. Good aircon and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was over-priced for what there was, but the base price for the room was astonishingly good value.
