Convenient location across from the train station, but a little noisy. Breakfast was very good, but expensive. Cheaper options at the train station. Room was clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful.

A tale of two locations: stick to Amsterdam, avoid Frankfurt
We stayed at the IntercityHotel Amsterdam Schiphol for four nights and found it to be neat, clean, and well-run, with excellent staff and a great bar. Because of that positive experience, we decided to book another stay with the same chain in Frankfurt.
Unfortunately, the Frankfurt property is a completely different story. The surrounding location felt dirty and unsafe, and the room left much to be desired—our washbasin was blocked, and the floors hadn't even been properly swept.
While the Amsterdam branch is great, I strongly advise against staying at this Frankfurt location.
