New and modern structure, exceptional cleanliness and location and extreme simplicity in managing check-in and check-out!

Good

Great location. Very large and cozy room, clean and with all amenities The only downside is that there is no contact with the managers and the codes to access are given online. For the rest we had a great time and recommend it

An extremely pleasant surprise!

Y’know what, this was an extremely pleasant surprise! I didn’t know what to expect as I had to check in online, which is new to me, but once the information was emailed to me it was all good. I arrived in lovely Memmingen but did struggle to find the hotel at first as the signage isn’t exactly clear. It’s basically all self service and there is seemingly nobody onsite to help you if needed. To be fair, I like this! It feels like I live here and im just popping to and from my flat! You find the door to the “hotel” (I say hotel, it’s more like a flat?? Or a bedsit type of vibe? It’s great anyway) and walk up a set of stairs (no lift access) and enter the PIN code; then you’re in! Your room is also controlled by a PIN number (mine was the same as the door code, which did slightly make me anxious as if anyone has the front door PIN, they’ll have your room PIN too BUT the door to the room does have a double lock) . Opening the door to the room, I was surprised! It’s lovely! Extremely large room, television, fridge, kettle (no tea/coffee provided if that’s your thing) large wardrobe, lovely view of the street below, the room is clean and modern, the bed is absolutely stunning! Memory foam!! For the cost of this hotel (I think I paid around £180 for 3 nights), this is luxury. It’s less of a hotel and more like a flat vibe, but there is a cleaner who comes in each day to freshen up the bins and such. The hotel is ideally located for everything in Memmingen, as well as links to Munich and parts of Austria. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my stay at JG despite my initial hesitations and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a quiet couple of days in Memmingen!

Customer service terrible!

Clean and in a good location but that's about it. Nobody on reception and if there's a problem I think you're basically on your own. The coffee and snack machines were also out of order! Not particularly safe either. I came down the next morning to find a bloke fast asleep on the sofa. Could been a drug addict. Zero security and lack of care from the owner. Entry is by code and as it's almost impossible to contact the owner if there's a problem then you're in a spot of bother. There are many places to stay other than this. If you can find anything then try the sofa!

Nice stay

Very nice apartment in the main road of Memmingen, close to the main attractions and shopping centre. Restaurants, supermarkets etc.
The entrance is with code and collect the key from your room, everything was clean and cosy. Big double comfortable bed, warm water, plasma tv with YouTube or Netflix, good wifi. The communication was great with an all the infos you should know.
