Nice and familiar place to stay
Sleeping was comfortable.
It is a 3 star superior hotel, with few rooms and a restaurant at floor 0. No noise from restaurants in floors above.
Just in the middle of Rust with everything nearby.

We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your visit and especially appreciated the comfortable sleeping arrangements and the generous space for four adults. The central location in the heart of Rust and the proximity to all the main attractions seem to have made your stay even more enjoyable, which is particularly gratifying.
We also gladly accept your compliment that you highlighted the peaceful atmosphere despite the lively restaurant on the ground floor. Your kind words about the hotel category, the room design, and the service are a great source of motivation for our team. We value your honest feedback regarding cleanliness and take it as an incentive to continuously improve our standards.
We hope to welcome you back again on your next visit to Rust.
Sincerely,
Your Casa Rustica Team

Avoid.
We were given a table at the back of the resturaunt out of the way and left there.
No menus, no drinks orders, nothing for over 20 mins.
The place wasnt busy at the time.
Really poor.
We got up, walked out and went elsewhere.
How long the service is when they are busy, well, anybody's guess!!
Avoid.

Thank you for your feedback.
We are very surprised by this.
Since, as you mentioned, you were with us when the restaurant was empty, we can hardly imagine that you had to wait 20 minutes.
It would be a real shame if you gave us a bad review when you may have visited a different restaurant.
