I felt very comfortable and well taken care of as always.

Without chocolate expectation it is an okay hotel.

It seems like a top place for chocolate lovers..... unfortunately this was hugely disappointing. Not a drink on entry and the chocolate not you especially find yourself and pay handsomely. Breakfast was just standard nothing extra of chocolate. So in itself a great hotel if you don't have the expectation of chocolate. Unfortunately gluten-free is not possible in this hotel while this was promised by telephone. In short, not worth it for us. Beds and rooms are just good.

Moin Jan,

One wow after another.

Simply a wow after another,... from the reception, the friendly staff, whether hotel or restaurant, the top clean rooms, and yes, you are pampered with chocolate. We enjoyed a 4-course menu on both evenings,... a true delight for the palate, even a lovely extra for our 12th. Wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, we could not use the spa area due to time constraints; there is so much to discover in the area. We will definitely return to this chocolatey hotel, even if we have to leave feeling round as a ball but with a sweet smile and memories.

We would love to come back - a great concept hotel

Very nice hotel, exceptionally friendly staff, always strives to meet the wishes of the guest. The rooms were super equipped, clean, modern with a very special toilet;-) and comfortable beds. Also the food was true very good, high quality and of course correspondingly high priced, but that was perfectly reasonable for the quality - I can highly recommend the hotel and restaurant.
